some azurite crystals, it is just a light reflection off the crystals; the great thing about this specimen
is that it accidentally ended up with the perfect angle for display purposes

Note the cross-like projection on the bottom right side.  This projection  is slightly moveable.

 It is amazing that it was not totaly fused to the rest of the specimen when it was molten during its formation.

This is another one.  I had a similar one listed several years ago.

Colors are more accurate here, but the quartz is actually coated with light green covering.

Specimen is  spectacular as the Ilvite is perfectly centered among the quartz crystals.

Where is the Hedenburgite?  It is located on the back of the specimen. It's structure is a number
of narrow, vertical, bright green crystal columns.
It's size is about 1 x 3/4".  I will send a photo of it to anyone interested who is interested.
