If you are unhappy with any specimen, let me know within 10 days that you are returning for full refund with no questions asked <or> if you prefer, credit toward another specimen.  Minerals ship in medium or large USPS flat rate boxes.

Ordering Rock Samples and Cutting Rough:  Your satisfaction is guaranteed. These are identified by rock name only and do not have numbers.  

If you are unhappy with any rock specimen or cutting material, let me know within 10 days that you are returning part or all of a order for full refund with no questions asked <or> credit toward another mineral, rock, or cutting rough.  No highgrading please.  If you ordered two pieces of the same material, you must return both pieces.  The returned rock or cutting material cannot be modified by sawing, sanding, or other processes.  Rocks ship in medium or large USPS flat rate priority boxes.

You will be charged for the exact flat rate priority postage with your order. 

If you order large quantities we will ship by UPS ground or freight.
